Cancellation

You may terminate your service with Freshphone at any time for any reason by providing Freshphone with a thirty (30) day written notice in the form of a valid written termination request and paying all fees and other charges accrued or otherwise payable under the terms of your contract agreement. Annual subscribers are subject to an early termination fee.

A termination request is valid only if it includes your primary account phone number, authorized user’s name, date you wish the service to be canceled, and is submitted via email to support@freshphone.com or in writing to the following address:

Please note, if you cancel your service before your number(s) port to another provider, you may permanently lose your telephone numbers. The porting of a number does not constitute service termination. Please contact Freshphone support if you need help.

  • The primary number listed on your account.
  • The name of the person authorized to make changes on your account. Must match the name on file.
  • Your email address for communication purposes.
  • MM slash DD slash YYYY
    The date you wish your service to be canceled. Please note that requests cannot be made for previous dates retroactively.
  • Please type additional comments and instructions. This field is not required.
