Hardware Support Policy

Freshphone offers a free hardware updating for all of our clients. This means that any remote support is free for all devices provided that:

  1. They are purchased through Freshphone and eligible to be provisioned through Freshphone’s provisioning software.
  2. No one ever performs a factory reset or removes from provisioning by altering core configurations (except by explicit Freshphone instruction).
  3. Freshphone has not designated the item as unsupported.

Under hardware update service, provisioned devices will benefit from regular Freshphone upgrades and updates. For each device, there are hundreds of settings standardized to the optimal configuration for Freshphone service. Additionally provisioned devices receive regular firmware updates, ensuring that your device runs as smoothly as possible.
