Freshphone Return Policy
If any Freshphone-provided equipment fails within 1 year of installation, Freshphone will exchange that device for a new device of the same model provided that Freshphone currently sells and stocks that model. The customer must provide a reason for the exchange. All exchanges are subject to Freshphone’s approval.
Freshphone accepts returns of a device for any reason within 60 days of installation provided that the device is a regularly stocked item and not a specialty order. A 20% shipping/restocking fee, calculated on purchase price, will be assessed on returned equipment.
